By using this attendance application, you agree to these terms in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
1. Data Collection & Processing (NDPA Section 24)
We collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Attendance records
Purpose: Academic attendance taking only.
We comply with NDPA requirements for:
- Fair, lawful processing
- Data minimization
- Accuracy & storage limitation
2. Your Rights (NDPA Section 34)
You can:
- Access your data
- Request corrections
- Request deletion
- Restrict processing
- Withdraw consent
- Lodge complaints with NDPC

3. Data Security (NDPA Section 39)
We implement:
- Encryption
- Regular security audits

- Breach notification procedures
In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by NDPA Section 40.
